The leg design not my cup of tea, it reminds me of MFT Springer 1.0. If this design were releasing in like 5 years ago with MFT Springer 1.0, I might go all for it but now I think I still stick to my MFT Thunderbolt. But nice head sculpt.

New legends scale company? With Dr. Wu, Zeta, Cang Toys, TFElement, Iron Romance Workshop and this new company the legends field is getting crowded.

Smart to start with a triple changer; not many of those in legends scale.

Ahhh very cool, more players in the game is always welcome. Would like to see the paint job and pricing. Has its pros and cons vs Thunderbolt, a mash of the 2 would be ideal.

This handles the crotch flap better than MFT, tank treads arent exposed in jet mode, looks a bit more detailed in places, nice head sculpt and the length of the thighs are better proportioned.

But the huge gap at the front of the tank, ball joint & screws exposed in shoulders of bot mode, plus the large back pack and forget the feet and legs (the open air back on the legs kill me with figures). Strange they would release him in what would seem legends+ as well.

I’m looking forward to seeing this in color, but so far I’m liking both the alts.

I dunno, it almost looks like a more modern/realistic (or mecha) take to me instead of straight G1 toon, which is cool.

I think seeing it in color will help me decide just how much I like it.

weird they're selling a "prototype" version before an actual deco. wonder if they're trying to gauge interest in the mold before they go to the trouble of figuring out how a deco would work? he looks really complex and with two mostly-monotone alts it's gonna be rough.

It’s not for sale, the “in stock” is just a bad translation.

The translation I got from Safari is:
“Small proportion g1 lightning, humanoid height 12cm, dark advance version, spot.”

"Spot" is the bad translation. "In Stock" is correct.

So you think they’re selling it in prototype color or what do you think they mean?

i mean who really knows. maybe the wording doesnt translate well into english.

they could have worded it wrong or they could be trying to sell the design or some other shit.

either way this is a fig i need for my collection.

i think MFT did a proto run awhile back for the sharks. so maybe MINI could be trying that here.

Interesting if it's sold grey, I would almost assume it would be like KBB Grimlock, an unassembled plastic kit, which would make it much easier to paint. That said, there are some concerning areas like the cockpit which doesn't have any edges around the glass which could make painting it crisp more tricky. Can't quite tell about panel lines in the wings, if they are there and super thin, or lacking detail. Obviously, the ball joints won't hold paint so it would be a tad scrappy no matter what. It would be good to know what their plans were.

I really like the more modern tank design, and the uninterrupted wing surface in jet mode, as well as the sloped intakes and cockpit area. The only thing about bot mode is I'm missing the wings in his shoulder silhouette... but still, looks great.

Looks nice. The plane mode has the rear fins like the original G1-toy had.

Looks nice, kinda wonder what he’d look like in Diaclone colors.
    STA: Diaclone: Diaclone Blitzwing

Yes, the MFT figure better matches the animation model, but this figure has a style of its own that I dig.
