I like them. They’re generally pretty honest.

Like some of their videos and roll my eyes at others. Agree or not they can be entertaining.

I think they're shit, they were cool when they did videos on the history of cancelled superhero movies and the like, but I can't help but notice once Rian Johnsons Star wars 8: The last of the Jedi came out they started making videos and pushing agendas that seem to go a bit off to the right hand side of things and also keep making videos about a movie from 2017 for no reason.

Actually it's usually in response to an article that came out that week with Rian Johnson making some quote, and they debunk it with facts. Then if it's a live stream make fun of him for a bit. Usually their videos are in response to an article or video where there is political overtones, and they are showing what they believe to be the fan response. Usually the article mentions toxic fans a few times.

It can also depend on if your watching a live show vs an editorial. Live shows tend to be more by the seat of their pants and as two of them are comedians, they can tend to get off topic and go into silly acts.

I’ve only seen a few of their videos, but my opinion of them so far is lukewarm at best.

Does the OP have something he's willing to share on, or is this just shilling?

I liked their long-form BTS videos and drama chronicling but kinda fell out of interest when they became more about the latest news. I prefer longer, edited videos over quick “updates.”

So you liked them up until you disagreed with them?

And that they somehow have ‘agendas’?

I agree. I like their edited documentary-style videos like the Trankgate series for Fant4stic over their live streams.

Apparently pointing out that other people have agendas that they’ve admitted to counts as having your own agenda.

Here’s a fun hypothetical situation to explain:

Nestle: “Our goal is to control all the water because we don’t think it’s a human right.”

Normal person: “Nestle just said that they don’t think something that keeps everyone alive is a human right, and they want to own as many water sources as they can. They’ve admitted to it plain as day.”

Nestle defender: “Well clearly you have an agenda against Nestle, and you’re in cahoots with all those environmental extremists because that sounds vaguely similar to what they might say.”

All they do is report the toxicity from the filmmakers and their lunatic supporters.

I mean... if nutjobs like Paul Feig or Rian Johnson didn’t wage war against potential customers (fans) then folk like Midnight Edge wouldn’t be reporting or commenting on it.

Closed, already going borderline political and

    10. Keep Off-Site Drama Off This Site

If you had a disagreement or falling out with someone on another site or in real life, if you had a deal go sour on another website or whatever. If it happened elsewhere then don't bring it here. Leave your grievances at the door.
