    So wait... its not the porn on my computer that is slowing it down? I KNEW it had to be someone elses doing.

    Can't remember how I found out about Norton Intelligence Updater though.Just that I've known about for a few years

    Never had a problem with NAV. But then, I've never let Symantec's products take over my system. The only think running in the backgroud, is the antivirus.

    Norton is all too prevalent anyway. It is so common that viruses are often specifically tailored to fuck with it.

    i have never had a problem with nortan so far, it's saved my computer many times in the past. it hasn't slowed it down at all either, so i don't know what you're talking about.
