The Landfill limbs don't really add anything to the torso though, they just have a narrow rod with a connector at the end. Most of that is hidden behind Wedge. All you see is very skinny thighs and that is only if you remove the waist piece.

 

I found a good deal to get the whole set of Combaticons for €30 on the used marketplace. That plus any upgrade kit for a reasonable price would've definitely still been cheaper. Regretably they do seem very hard to come by nowadays. I'll settle on a fanmode of some sort but its very difficult to find a "definitive" one. There's plenty of fanmodes for this guy out there especially to remedy how bad Blast Off looks as the arm but its also hard to find one that won't destroy the joints. (At least, according to TFWiki a lot of the fanmodes for his arm can do damage over time.)

agreed. look i'm all for the re-appraisal of RID2001 toys that's been happening because of triple takeover but can we just be real for a second? landfill is complete ass. like total dogshit. I had the Universe constructicon versions when I was a kid and I hated them back then, too.

 

A Shockwave leg-bot with a smaller Shockwave for a gun could work, especially if it was in Shackwave colours.

I've got this set and like Onslaught being bigger. Haven't played with it yet 'cos I need to get it customised into G2 colours - I wants me my FoC Dudicus dammit.

If Hasbro or Planet X or someone made a solid Dudicus set then I'd possibly pick that up subject to the quality, but I can't see a decent set of FoC Combaticons coming from Hasbro at this point.

 

This set looks amazing but it has zero stability and it's floppy as all hell when assembled. Just be aware before you spend way too much on it.

 

Oxmax constructicons are doing the combiner limb mass donation.   looks like there's finally going to be an example of it being done well.

 

Anyone know if this set is still available anywhere? I tried buying it thru Aliexpress twice now. but each time the seller canceled the order then relisted at a higher value. First order was $150... seller cancelled an relisted it at $230. Seller cancelled again, an now re-relisted at just under $1k.

Would love to find this set from a "sane" seller, lol. Anyone know where to find this set still?

It's long gone dude, you will likely never find anyone selling it for a "sane" price. But then, sane is relative. If it sells for $1000 that's the price.

I got this set at one point for 100$ lol, I seen one recently sell on whatnot for 150. Really regret getting rid of it
