I requested pictures of some Alternators, and he provided these pictures and descriptions of the condition of the items. The packaging was excellent, with all figures wrapped in at least 1 layer of bubble wrap. Shipping was fast, I got the package about 2 days after I paid. When Richard found out he had over-quoted me on shipping, he refunded some money without my asking for it. Would buy from Richard again. Highly recommended.
