Not sure if anyone posted a thread about this, but back in May 15th, which has ended on the 25th, and well... I didn't win, but the lucky fellow credited as E. L. Charles, so congrats to him.  

For those wondering and don't want to go to his blog of death and awesome, or if the entry on it is gone at some point, the prizes were;

The contest itself was to email the given email address with your name and favorite obscure Transformers character. Apparently, they see who got named the least, as to find out who's most obscure. The winner chose G1 Divebomb, who the contest holder says was only mentioned once, so... There ya go.

So yeah, just announcing this here in case no one goes to Michael Bay's site. I would've loved to win this contest, but 'grats to the actual winner.

just like what the holder said "it was the one name mentioned once" so I guess thats what they were going for with the contest but hey Congrats to E. L. Charles

Discussing this with a couple of other people who entered, Divebomb is pretty well known. And given the fact that the contest host is just the guy who edits Bay's site, it may be likely this winner cheated by using names the guy wouldn't know.

 

well that sucks.

 

Maybe too many mentioned who they picked before it was over?

why the annoyance? im sure your other obscure suggestions went into the hat too, he just said that divebomb was only mentioned once, he didnt say that divebomb was the only one that only got one mention.
