'Transformers 3' director is shooting with the aliens :: CHICAGO SUN-TIMES :: Bill Zwecker

While nothing major is revealed, Bay does continue to hint at the status of humans and Transformers:

Though Bay keeps his ''Transformers 3'' story line close to the vest, he did reveal the Chicago footage ''is at the very end of the movie and the city is under alien attack, so it's very critical and important to the film's climax.''

The scene shot Monday between Michigan and Wabash focused on ''a number of base jumpers who are part of Josh Duhamel's unit. The heroes in this movie have very few people coming to help them this time. I like to think of it as the 'Black Hawk Down' version of 'Transformers' -- it's much more intimate in terms of what's happening.

We find out that there's gonna be a Transformers 4? That sounds pretty bad to me.

 

so there is gonna be more human v decepticons fights(where humans can outkill decepticons) WTF lol
really anxious to see how this all plays out.

 

So all hope seems lost huh? This is pretty much what I thought was going to happen - Megatron bringing an Army with him.

 

oohhh im liking the vision of that...

seems Shockwave brings batallions of Decepticons with him. i like the Blackhawk Down angle theyre putting in it. i'd seen Blackhawk Down and that movie is pretty intense and terrifying.. if they match the visuals and atmosphere of BD into TF3, with brutal Cons out for blood, and "something went wrong with America" that really sounds interesting.. theres probably gonna be a lot of deaths in this one..

sounds like the Cons get to win this round!! FINALLY!!  

 

Sounds like Shockwave is bringing the nasty like NBE1 and the Fallen never could. The Fallen was certainly all fart but no poo...

I really hope Corey Burton is voicing Shockwave.

I also hope the Nascar Trio are the Wreckers. I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to convince Michael Bay of the awesomeness of a group of robots whose sole purpose is to wreak as much havoc as possible when plans A, B and C go to shit.

Might be final battle scene? All they gotta do is throw some fake concrete around and march some robot heads on sticks and voilà... The magic of CGI

Fascinating. Sounds like the Mission City Battle of TF1, with a few Autobots and a few humans Vs the Cons.

Not gonna hold my breath right now for how Shockwave is handling this, but it sounds alright.

So we're right in thinking that the Chicago Battle will be the last battle in the film. Interesting...

Speaking of, I really hope Bay doesn't try and get political with this. That's the last thing these movies need.
