During a live video on facebook Michael Bay confirms that a teaser is coming out in Nov/Dec.

Simmons back!!!! And he said a few. It's surprises! I'm telling you guys, they are tying up loose ends and we will see where some characters won't off to like Simmons, Epps and a few others.

At the rate we were going with reveals and stuff, I'm sure Nov/Dec seemed like a good date for a teaser! Hopefully it's attached to Rogue One!

I feel like some pre-AOE human characters excluding Lennox will make appearances but they'll be nothing more than just brief cameos.

 

Well we know Simmons, Epps and Joshua are back for sure. We seen Epps in a one day shoot in Paris but have not seen Simmons nor Joshua. So I think all 3 of these characters will have very small roles but used to tie events together. And with Bay saying "other surprises",we may yet still see other past humans show up and possibly even past TFs. Maybe even just in robot mode so all CGI.

 

There, there. It's all okay. Let's have a pint. While Simmons and Joshua have drunk karaoke.

Great, the crew is headed to the mother land. It's great that Africa is gonna get some transformers love. Some very good movies came out of Africa like district nine and Chappie. All we need now is some transformers dealing with native American Indians and then my ethnic background would be fully present in the transformers universe or something like that.
