I got my (Limited Edition with bonus preorder SAGA DVD) copy today. Played a little online after work and I gotta say, it's entirely faithful and tons of fun. There is voice chat with the PS2 headset but I much prefer not using it and instead, using the built in phrases.

Anyone else playing?

 

They made a demo for it for PS2?

 

I am picking my Limited edition on Friday I will be online over the weekend!

Getting my normal edition tomorrow...hopefully, because I preordered it, Gamestop will have my Saga DVDs.  

 

Mine came a day early. So now I have the game and the Saga CD.

If any of my local stores would get the freaking game in I'll be getting it for sure. Futureshop had it advertised for the 15th, but when I went to get it yesterday, they told me that the 15th was the day it was shipping probably, and it might come in sometime soon.

It would have been nice to get ahold of the LE version, but apparently, they aren't shipping it to canada.

Still, it sounds like it will be awsome. Plus, I heard they added in those little joke animations, like metal gear ahod, that they had on the mgs3 site into one of the theatres.

 

I think the confusion lies in the MGS4 PS3 footage.

As to MGS3:Subsidence, I'd like to play it, I'd like to sample stealth action with Rumble Roses, but alas, I can't see myself buying ait when I already have MGS3.

Found it in TRU and its the normal version. Saw all the secret theaters, they were hilarious. And the new camera is weird (at least for a MG game) but its really cool. Tomorrow I'll start playing the game all over again. Gonna have to get one of those gizmos to play online since it look really fun.

 

Been thinking about replaying MGS3:SE for the last few weeks now, so I think I'll wait til I have some cash next week and pick up MGS3:S. Looking forward to it  

 

I have not done the frog mode yet, but I really like the online modes for this game. I had passed on the original SE because I knew a version like this was coming done the road. I'm so glad that I waited.

I got the last LE copy at my neighboorhood video game store. I haven't played yet, but I watched the Theather Disc...pretty sweet for MGS fans.

 

YES!! Best Buy had some in stock, so I immediately jumped on it.

I, erm. 'obtained' The MGS Saga vol. 1DVD as well, and it is pretty sweet.

Can't wait to play online, but I gotta do some homework first :s
