Just opened my Conan to check it out. Really nice with tons of extras. Hope I can display it someday soon.

The biceps are shapely and buff?

Lol seriously, they seem like they are limited mainly by the sculpt more than anything else. I didn’t look to closely but mine will swivel a bit but I think because it isn’t a straight cut swivel, it gets blocked in some parts.

They should move like a regular bicep cut with no blockage — the first Conan is on the same body and had no issues. You can pretty much rotate those all the way around.

Oh, good to know. The ones on mine don’t do that but they do move a bit so not sure what the deal is there. Either way, it doesn’t really matter to me since it has other swivels in the arm.

If Conan 2.0 has a bicep swivel, I ain't going to test it lol.

Not yet, I ended up having a busy weekend and didn’t get around to it like I hoped.
I initially tried hot water by itself and then applied shock oil but got no results.

I haven’t been able to try yet but in D Amazing’s review he mentioned using hit water and pulling the arms off the shoulder altogether, as plying shock oil, then reattaching. It did appear to substantially improve the range of swivel.
Even if it works though, it sucks that those kind of steps are necessary and weird that the previous run of the mold didn’t have that problem.

I did a heat gun for a bit, then tried hot water. I just kept trying and went for it with more force and it's twisting off. Other bicep came unstuck after the water. Just weird since it's the same body as before.

My Conan just came in and tried the bicep swivel and its pretty much frozen. I checked the original that I have and there wasnt a whole lot of movement I got out of that one. Idk. Im terrified to pop that bicep off and do the shock oil cause 1) im like Lenny with the rabbit sometimes and 2) i dont really know how they are constructed and dont want to break it.

Damn, my condolences. It’s like the peg is fused into the bicep joint completely. Are you going to get a replacement from Mezco?

If anyone wondering bout the construction

The bicep is just a sleeve that goes over the connector for the elbow, my bicep was kinda fused together

hot water and pulling the parts apart freed it up, don’t twist it just heat it up thoroughly and pull carefully once the elbow is out if the bicep didn’t come with it heat it up again if it’s cooled down and you may need to pry it loose with a tool just slide it into the gap at the shoulder and the bicep and gently pry all the way around the post

(not my pic I forgot to take one) 0C3DCFDD-8C29-444B-8235-CC746D29FE53.jpeg then reassemble you may need to heat up again to put everything back, but that will fix the biceps

if that's the exclusive, my interest will really depend on price and accessories. While it doesn't look bad, I was really hoping for something weirded for lack of a better term.
My rumble society black skull( death brigade) should be arriving today. The postman can't come soon enough!

A new period-themed Vapor is interesting but not exciting. Won’t call it a pass but they didn’t automatically get me either.

Yeah I've got zero interest in a 1920's vapor. Not sure where Mezco is going with this now.

I’m actually interested because of the theme in general and also because it could go well with the Dick Tracy set depending on how it comes out.
