I might be wrong but it feels like figures of “actual” characters I ordered years ago are still pending and meanwhile, I’ve seen hundreds of variations of Mezco’s own creations come out constantly. I don’t care about waiting but they definitely seem to have found their stride in milking figures they don’t need to pay royalties on. Which is great for them and great for my wallet.
Well looks like they didn't pay for the extra web service tonight. Over 20 minutes of page loading and busy signs from the site.
Holy Crap! Spinning Wheel of Death for me just trying to get on (Back to the DX Macross/Figuarts/Soul of Chogokin pre-order madness from Japanese Websites).. So an hour later in the middlebof the damn night I still can't do it. Got to PayPal checkout button 3 or 4 times. I set a special alarm for this and have work in the morning. If anyone can grab an extra I'd appreciate it but I can't devote more time to mezcos crap site right now.
Seems like at 10:15 PST the site came to life. I kind of still am thinking they'll have a lot of stock of these, hopefully there when you get up!
Finally got on!! $95 USD. Limit 2 Not for me personally, but go for it if anyone is interested. @Legate - I know that your in for sure.
I like some of the accessories but it's not really my thing. Hoping for some cool reveals through the day.
Damn waitlisted. I have to get up at 430 CST for work but got up again now to try to order. Ugh. I appreciate the cool midnight spooky sale time but damn. I haven’t seen a payment screen crash so badly since the Mattycollector days or a cool Figuarts sale on AA. I had to give up and go to bed, figured he’d still be around since it’s their big 1/12 drop.

Yeah I was kind of surprised it sold out 'fast' seeing as literally everyone was having website issues. I thought they'd have a bunch like most of their other recent 'event' exclusives.
It's a nice looking piece, but it is interesting that a character like that is made so limited and it sells out in a few minutes. How many people that bought the piece actually watched the entire film.
