Jeez!! Why is FedEx such shit??? Not only do I have about $250 of Mezco figures missing now I have a GameStop order missing too. The email from GS shows it was delivered yesterday at my address which it was not. Their app shows it delivered to a completely different city that I’ve never lived in or would have on my address book. Worse it shows it was signed for there and they won’t give me the address it shows it was delivered at, they’re doing their investigation. This is just insane how bad they are.
My mom's Christmas present to my fiancé was somehow delivered to random house in California today...we live in Colorado. My fiancé's present to me was a watch that was also shipped via FedEx using overnight shipping...it should have been here a week and a half ago...it finally says it will be delivered tomorrow. Here's hoping that doesn't end up in California too.
Yeah that is pretty crappy. I wish they (fedex) had gotten that sorted out already. I assume mezco says it is on FedEx since all they do os make a label and box and have no control over it after that?
