Man that iron man is so hard to resist Edit: and I went from watching reviews of Iron Man to somehow convincing myself to buy Thor. Wtf. Anyways, I suppose he’ll be here next week.
sorry for the double post, but now that I have Thor on the way I have the unquenchable desire to spend more money and find a Hulk to go with him. So, question to those who have them both, how does the Mezco Hulk stack up against the Figuarts Infinity War Hulk? How do they both compare with Mezco Thor? I don't necessarily need the armor, so long as the sizes fit together and Hulks face looks right. So if the Figuarts looks better with Thor I suppose its a better choice to get that, I can always make some sort of cloth goods on my own to make the figure fit in better.
I STRONGLY recommend the Figuarts Infinity War Hulk. The sculpt, articulation and presence are second to none.
Appreciate the input. It looks really great, im definitely leaning towards it right now. I suppose I'm mostly curious about the face printing, since Bandai uses a different process than Mezco. It looks good from pictures; but aesthetically, how does it fit with the Mezco Thor? Also, is the Figuarts Hulk taller? I know they'll both be taller than Thor, but I haven't seen any pics of Mezco Thor with SH IW Hulk, so i'm wondering how they'll scale.
I’ve seen some posts on Reddit of people buying a cheap ten dollar Barbie Ken doll for the maroon pants that fit perfectly on the shfiguarts hulk. They look fantastic on him.
The Figuarts Hulk is bigger, better articulated, and his sculpt is only slightly less impressive. The Mezco... I ordered it, looked at it in hand, and returned it. The 50 dollar Marvel Select is bigger,same articulation, and better paint job than the Mezco. The Mezco isn't terrible, it just does a worse job at equal or lower price points, and it deserves to flop. It's a disposable luxury, but DEFINITELY not the ONE.
I suppose I’ve got my answer then. Guess I know what I’m getting the next time I have extra funds. If anyone is willing to take a comparison shot of Mez Thor with Figuarts IW Hulk, id def appreciate seeing it.
So I made some forward progress on my Moon Knight. I finished the arm gauntlets and the lower legs. The KO body was such a pos. I’ve spent more time repairing broken joints on the body than actually moving forward with everything else that needs to be done. I’ve started the cape and hood but the sewing machine stopped working correctly a short while into working on it. Update: I painted the body white so it wouldn’t show through when I have the white fabric suit on.

Hmm, everything looks good except for that expressionless unmasked head. I'm surprised she even comes with a jacket!
Its that a typo that I managed to see on MSRP (don't know if anyone else caught it)?? Hopefully that the eyes on Goose looks much closer on the final production model as he's got the lazy eye condition as of now..
Ah shit yes she comes with the jacket! I think the head looks spot-on in likeness (better than the Hot Toys one). Gonna put in a pre-order for her, even though the December 2019 is soooo optimistic (December 2020 anyone?) Can we expect double-jointed elbows or knees? Looks like quite a deep knee bend, but no shots of a deep elbow bend...
Didn't see this until today, although I did post pic of it (via Toyark) not too long ago of the ToyFair Exclusive Blade. Going to toss in three reviews. There's a listing for it on ebay for $400 USD! The regular version is not too far away to be released.
