I so totaly not care. The cartoon does not interest me in the slightest and neither do these figures.
If there was ever a group of fans you would never wanna fail to please, Metalocalypse fans are definetly not them. Tragedy.
C'mon, guys, maybe you're being a little hard, here? None of you know how hard it is to run a toy compa- Wow, those look like someone chewed something up and let it go through the digestive process, if you know what I mean... Titmouse needs to take that license back... Okay, this baffles me to no end, so maybe you can help me out here... Then why even come in the thread!? Are you that bored? If I see a thread title of something I have no interest in...uh, I don't click it!
And it doesn't involve rap. But seriously, if you don't like the show at all, why open a thread about the figures for the show just to complain about the show?
ah man that sux, I was hoping for some bad ass articulated Neca figures. As for the 2 dudes that are dishing the negative.....the DethKlok Album is one of the most popular metal albums of all time!
Wow what a way to bring up old stuff..... Those figures were rushed out for San Diego Comic Con and sold out. They were 1,000pcs 500 of each made in 20days hand painted due to the approval process taking so long. They are not the action figures at all those will be made much like our new 3-D printed Scud (Like to see you make neg comments about that) So they will look exactly like the studios drawings. They will also have 4-5 poa. Judge the real product when it comes out. As far as the SDCC Exclusives I wasn't that happy with them either but when it's on a boat rushed for the show you can't hand pick every good one. Some were actually painted very well some were not.
they look bad. BAD. I guess could understand Shock's point, but why would you put out such a low quality toy as an exclusive, nonetheless, and then get mad when people bring it up on the boards. I know how difficult deadlines are, but I would think that I would want to be represented better than that, especially with such a big event as SDCC. Also, the paint quality has no affect on the toys' poseability. If I were into these, I wouldn't by them if they were painted by picasso. EDIT* - my bad, I see where you said they were not action figures. Disregard last paragraph.
I am not mad at the fans by no means. I am mad that this product was not such high quality. But understand it is not or was not a toy. They were a marketing tool for SDCC an exclusive, a version that will never happen again. The toys when released will not dissapoint.
