I found that holds just make you lose out and people play you along. First to pay is the only way. I am also that way as a buyer- if I want to buy something I like to buy it. If it takes too long to make the deal I move on and do something else with the money.
Yeah. I agree bro. It's a lesson learned for me. I always try to help out fellow board members, but I learned sometimes people just take advantage of your kindness.
