So apparently mine shipped several days ago and Bombusbee never sent me a shipping email (or I never received it, checked my junk mail too). Exciting news! Looks like it just left China.

Sorry for the shitty pics. Didn’t open him til dark. Love the posability so far! I do think he could have come with more accessories. A sword and a couple extra hands would have been fine. But still fun.

 

Got mine in today. Haven't transformed him yet, mainly just been messing with the bot mode since that's how he'll mostly stay. First impressions were both good and bad. I think he's pretty awesome and he looks really good but man were the shoulders loose right out of the box. No friction whatsoever. I had to take the pin out and use some glue to fix things but after that he's pretty solid. Definitely worth the purchase and I hope MG continue to release more from Bumblebee because I love the way they look.

 

definitely doesn’t seem perfect but looks very cool for its size. I’m gonna try to get this. Would love to see more unique Legends-scaled stuff like this.

 

Any way to tighten without removing the pin?

 

It looks so good but like MM01 and NA Prime, I'm going to play the waiting game - they're going to reissue a version with double jointed elbows

One of the shoulders on mine was loose and one was fine. Couldn't even hold the gun up on one side. However some floor polish on the hinge worked just fine, no need to disassemble or use glue, which seems way riskier! It's nice and tight now, and no other issues so far.

Thank you! Here's some more. I think he looks nice with voyager Primal, in gorilla mode at least. I'm considering painting the things above the windows silver, to match the new film, but that's probably the extent of what I'd do.

 

In terms of quality, how does it feel in comparisons with NA's stuffs?

 

Seems pretty high quality. Everything is well toleranced except for my shoulders which had none, and the inner blue joint the legs are connected to being slightly loose as well. The plastic quality seems good as well to my knowledge. A pretty solid figure all around once I fixed the shoulders (which wasn't even that hard to do)

 

I would throw it in my bag and not worry about it breaking.

I'm still really enjoying this figure. Transforming it is really fun! I added some panel lines and a few paint apps but he really doesn't need much. I also further customized the bayverse OP legends sword so it can plug into the hand port and I'm very happy with the mod. He feels like he needed more accessories so adding a melee weapon really brings the whole thing together.

 

Mine finally arrived, a decent figure but too expensive for what it offers in terms of quality, paint or accessories. Still looks pretty cool to pass it up and it's refreshing to step away from the G1 toon from time to time.

The articulation of the legs is outstanding, sadly arms can only bend 90°. Also inside the arms there is a screw that sticks like an eye sore. And finally the silver bumper behind his neck it sits too high and I can't help it but see it every time.

Still a decent figure wich I recommend. Bummer it doesn't come with 2 swords or another pair of hands.
