I remember thinking there was no way this movie could be as bad as "they" made it out to be. When it showed up for home viewing, I convinced the lady to give it a shot because it would at least be fun to watch, and really, it couldn't be any worse than MIB 3. Right?

Man oh man, I was extraordinarily wrong.

 

Tessa and Chris were incredibly charming in this film. It was a lot of fun to see the two of them play off each other again. Seeing that was the thing that made Thor 3, my favorite MCU film. It was way better than the last two. And, probably just as good as the first. I certainly got my money's worth of entertainment. And, I'll leave it at that.

 

I prefer to operate on this mindset too, thinking things can’t be that bad, so I do admire you dude. But hey, we can’t help when it turns out to be shit.

 

I re-watched the video I posted above. It almost seemed like they were describing Rey.

I haven't watched the movie, but I get the impression from the video, that they tried to write her as a better character than Will Smith's character.

 

There were a few scenes in Westworld that she seemed alright in... but then she was rather pedestrian in all the rest when she was dressed.

Now in that video above were they saying she was the failure, or the movie? Or was the movie a failure because of her?
