During Rotf megatron wasn't the dominant megatron he was in the first movie .Getting smacked around by optimus and being the fallen's pawn just doesn't scream megatron to me .Not to mention his arm getting kicked of ANDhis face blasted of by his own cannon.That's enough to ask will the REAL megatron show up in tf3 or will he get pwned?OR there could be a special transformation in store for him.
Well he was seriously injured by the end of ROTF. His face was practically destroyed. I think he will bring his A game for the final Bay installment. You'd think that a Decepticon like Megatron would be extremely pissed off between ROTF and T3. He needs to have that Megatron attitude from the cartoon series and go out for blood. EDIT: And he only killed one Autobot, Jazz. He needs more killings under his belt.
Megatron was a monster in both films and still managed to kill Optimus and Sam before being undone by MacGuffins - and he had more screentime than the Fallen.
Maybe he'll go back to Cybertron for repairs then just bring back a battalion of Decepticons with him when he returns. Including Shockwave.
You could say the same for starscream in ROTF also. I'm pretty sure they both will show there true colors in the last movie.
Megatron's going through row patches, with so many of his minions killed. He'll go crazy and decided I am GALVATRON!!!!!!!!!!! He also recently kicked his abuse with "energonny goodness."
I also heard that Megatron recently fired his agent after being badgered to play the role of "after the accident" in a car collision safety commercial.
I think they should really play up the Decepticon civil war angle. I think it would be kind of neat if Megatron and Soundwave teamed up with the Autobots to stop Shockwave only to betray them.
