Did anyone else think Megatron was Awesome in the Last Knight?? I thought he was an absolute badass!! Frank Welker did an great job voicing Megatron once again. I think Megatron's new appearance is definitely one of his best yet!!

Would have been nice to see him battle Prime for a bit longer. Seeing him killing Anthony Hopkins was a cool moment!!

I liked the look and what little bit of him we did see. Would have liked to see how he got the new body and a lot more of him fighting OP. Don't think he was used enough.

It kind of seemed like he was another henchmen again. To me he didn't really do much except serve Quintessa, which I thought was dumb. What ever happened to him wanting to rule Earth, and rebuild Cybertron. I did think the scene where Megatron bargain with the lawyers was funny, but it still didn't fit the character of Megatron. His design was the best in recent memory. I liked his Revenge of the Fallen design, but this one really seemed to have more a Bay/G1 mix to it.

Don't like his look at all but totally agree on the voice, right blend of sinister and stern

Don't forget his moment with Starscream's head. That was a nice touch.

He along with everything else in that first 50 minutes was so damn good.

No, he looked cool, but he could've been cut from the movie and it wouldn't have matter.

I liked him in this. Pretty cool looking.

I'd like to see how and why he gets a brand new body each movie.

Not really. He didn't really actually do anything. He shot at things a few times and then retreated repeatedly throughout the movie. But he never actually killed anything (except Hopkins deciding to kill himself I guess?) or got anything meaningful done. And then even in the final fight with Optimus he goes down incredibly quickly.

This is my favorite Bayformer Megatron hands-down. The design evokes TF: Prime Megs, and being voiced by the legend that is Frank Welker, the tone and the way he carried himself really felt like "Megatron". His actual role in the movie was underwhelming, but it was still awesome whenever he was onscreen

I agree with you, Megatron should have definitely had more screen time. However whenever he was on screen he was badass!!

Megatron never really was Galvatron. It was just the name KSI gave him. As we have seen, Transformers can change their appearence pretty easily. For example in TF1, where the newly arrived Transformers picked their vehicle mode, or in TF4, where Optimus picks another truck mode, or in TF5 where Hot Rod changes his Citroen car mode for a Lamborghini.

I'm probably never gonna see the film and I still want to get a couple of his toys. I'm into the sort of Megatron Orc warrior kinda look he's got going on.

that is really stretching it...still does not tell me where Galvatron went, how Megs returned from the dead...again. And why he is just a secondary villain when he should be the baddest in the TF universe...#notmyMegatron

Megatron was resurrected as Galvatron in TF4, though he did declare "I am Galvatron!" in that movie, one could just assume he went back to his old name this time around. As for the new body, he probably just abandoned his truck form in favor of something Cybertronic.

Megatron (named "Galvatron" by the KSI) never died in TF4. Even though, Transformers can be rebuild, as can be seen in TF2. Megatron was picked up from the ocean and rebuild by the other Decepticons. Why the Autobots didn't do the same for their fallen comrades like Jazz is a mystery for me though. But I agree with you that Megatron should play a more important role.

There definitely gaps. Ratchet didn't really seem to die either. Personally, I'd like to see the fallen Autobots be used as villains in the 5th one. That'd be an interesting twist.
