Ok. So ROTF Leader Megatron looks like... well, a mutant scrap heap. DOTM Leader Megatron my or may not be in the pipe line, and even if it IS coming, it's more Motormaster than Megatron... So here's my idea. Mind you, I don't have exacy measurements yet, so I'm not 100% sure this is doable, but it looks damn good IMHO. So here ya go... VF-17 Nightmare Megatron.



So what ya think, guys? Yay or nay

 

Not necessarily a fitting Movie concept, but it seems like a pretty cool idea for a Classics-style Megatron/Galvatron kitbash.

..your right. It does look better with Ani Leader Megatron's head. I don have one laying around for the actual bash though lol

 

Try an Energon scorponok head for it.

 

It looks like one of the MANY IDW Megatrons.

 

If I remember right, there actually was a KO of the nightmare that had a version of megatrons head on it......

I've actually seen that version too, but it looks like it's not only simplified, but also undersized. I found one for sale on a czeck toy site, but there's no way to tell how tall the actual figure is.

 

You know...this reminds me a lot of the the Machine wars Megatron/Megaplex mold- especially with that colour scheme.

I wouldn't say the movie heads are the best idea but one of the more "standard" megatron heads would definitely be worth a look
