They were released in Europe (mostly Eastern Europe) by a company called BIP. They were blind-packed with candy inside hollow plastic eggs known as "kinder surprise," or "super surprise" eggs. Although the Autobots in this series came with toys for both the robot mode and the vehicle mode, the Decepticons came in only robot mode.
