First of all let me tell you how much my characters have evolved. First I did a kitbash of cobra commander/duke parts for the first one, then I repainted a titanium man figure but had the mistake of using rit dye and it bled through the silver...

Now after studying paint and it's application. I've came up with a worthy megatron for my 3.75 figure collection. Not only that, but it's completely playable/posable. I wanted something more "alien" than just using generic iron man parts. Part of it is G1 and the other part is Michael Bay. I liked the Sharkticon Megatron in the animated series.

Here's what I used.

Titanium man: torso/legs. Torso was modified with gi joe 30th Iron Grenadier shoulder pads.
Star wars durge: legs, helmet(modified), feet, arms
skirt: Gi joe PoC Dusty
Head: Thor frost giant.

Oh crap I can see it, but whatever as long it invokes the spirit of the character than its all good.

 

This doesn't so much look like an Action Master as it does a human version. Like a "what if" Megatron was in the episode "only human".

 

Well with megatron I wanted something that could be human looking and "realistic" minus the blockiness of g1
