    Remake?! I would hope not...a continuation would be better, maybe as Buffy's descendant 50 years after the Season 7 finale.

    If it's a remake, I foresee a horrible death in the series as there will be so many comparisons, and maybe plot re-hashes.

    Unless...there was another Buffy was chosen? Instead of Buffy Summers, she'd be Buffy Winters :p  (of course the article says "a total reboot of the Buffy franchise happening, without any of the previous cast or any connection at all to any previous incarnation of the character"). Oh well, whatever. I'm praying that there's no remake.

    Was never going to watch a Whedon-less Buffy remake without Megan Fox, won't watch one with Megan Fox. The whole new Buffy idea is horrible.

    But if they're going to recast Buffy they should go with Kristen Bell. She'd be perfect for the part. And she's a far better and more attractive actress than Megan Fox.

    Wasn't there one more season as a comic book?

    I have never watched an episode of Buffy, but I recall people coming in to my local comic shop and buying Buffy comics.

    The only way I'll care about a new Buffy movie is if the casts of both Buffy and Angel unite for one massive, kick ass Joss Whedon movie. That will never happen so I'm out.
