I hate Wikipedia. Recently me and a friend teamed up to make a project. My friend put wikipedia as a source and i was shocked.

High Tide, Quickshadow, Blades, and Blurr should appear.

The Combaticons/Bruticus, a resolution to the corrupt council arc, and perhaps a redeemable villain, since pretty much every Decepticon in Robots in Disguise so far has been presented as irredeemable. I'd love it if Bludgeon turned out to be a villainous Autobot as well, adding some moral grayness to the show.

In the way of returning characters, I really hope to see Megatron and possibly Soundwave make a return (it's my hope they'd get redesigns if they did), and do a little more with the concept of a reformed Megatron. I am expecting Arcee and Shockwave to possibly make a return. I'd love to see Jazz, Ratchet, Toolbox, and/or Windblade again. And, oh, I'll dream a little and hope Starscream comes out of his coma and/or Steeljaw escapes prison, though I'm not expecting to see either character again. I think they could do a one-shot episode with the return of one or more of the Prime kids working with Bumblebee to capture a Decepticon as well.
While I'd love to see Ultra Magnus, Bulkhead, Wheeljack, Smokescreen, and Knock Out again, but I understand the need to not overload a new audience with an onslaught of returning characters.

(This mainly applies for what I want for future seasons/Aligned-stories, not just Season 3. No way all this could happen in a 13-episode season. Wishful thinking, I suppose.)

 

I waa thinking what if the Council sends Elite Guard Autobots and expendable Decepticon Criminals (think Suicide Squad) in order to keep the Bee Team in check.

Not to offend anyone, but I don't think any or much of what we are wishing for will come true remember, this is a kids show they don't know what we are thinking or bring back what we want it's about good guys always winning in the end.

 

I don't think it will be 13 episodes based on some things that have been said.
Soundwave has returned but what if someone brings him and Skyquake back to the world to use them.
Airachnid would be great for a filler episode. after her ending up on the moon she flew to Cybertron and was imprisoned but being a Terrorcon she broke free, found a space bridge and accidentally bridges to Earth.
the shows is for kids so too much death wouldn't work.
Strong and Swipe becoming a couple is likely.
Megatron returning would probs happen at the end.
A dark tone would work.
Star Seekers would be cool.
I would love to see more Preds and Predasking probs will appear. Shockwave may be cloning more Preds in his secret lab on Cybertron.
The Prime Decepticon Hunter can become any weapon so probably he can turn it into the Star Saber. just using it when he has access to every weapon in the universe would be stupid.
based off some recording sessions and from what Prime says in S2Ep19 we probably will see all Prime Transformers before the show ends.

I would love more Mech. I wish CYLAS/Breakdown could return but that's just a dream. it would also be cool if a Decepticon who knows about Team Prime's past found the Nemesis P)rime suit and controlled it. This would allow Hasbro to repaint figures.
RID characters have appeared in RB. It would be awesome if High Tide, Quickshadow or heck maybe the whole team appeared in RID.

 

You forget that the lead producer for this show was one of the producers on Prime, plus Mairghread Scott, who wrote/writes for Prime and IDW, is a Script Coordinator/Writer’s Assistant for the show, and Steven Melching, who wrote for Prime, Beast Machines and various non-TF shows that were loved by fans, is also a story editor for the show. The people behind RID15 are hardly detached from what fans want to see. We've already seen Ratchet, Soundwave and Screamer return from Prime, and we've already seen subjects darker than what the show was willing to do in season 1. There's been good guys forced to do bad things in the form of Aerobolt's group of Minicons, plus, while never talked about, one of Screamer's mercenaries was an Autobot, and they're constantly promising an arc about a corrupt council on Cybertron. I think a lot of the things people want to see happen have some chance. Sure, the show will never go super dark, and we're not gonna be bombarded with every character who appeared in Prime (thank god) but that doesn't mean we'll never see any interesting stories, or any returning characters.

 

Shockwave, Arcee and Megatron may return next Season.

You do remember that the war has ended with Prime, right. That part is over.
