Their galvontron is a roaring success as far as i am concerned and this promises to be the same. At 12cm i am interested. 2 heads etc etc.

I am still likely to be buying the originals don't mind buying these to double up and explore the size differences at all.

Too bad they didn't even upscale it... since I already own 2 of dx9 mini mightron.

Unless it actually looks like the silhouette, meaning, improved feet, hidden back kibble, slightly different paint scheme !!!
Who am I kidding, I'll probably just buy it for the remote control helmet.

 

They better KO the rest of the DX9 line as well.

I really want them to do the Seekers, unless they count their CW ones in.

 

if the 12cm is right it is bigger by a 1cm. Maybe the different feet does that either way at 12cm that is going to make a good difference.

 

Hope so, I'm actually looking at my DX9 one atm with GT Tyrant megs. Tyrant is 11.5 so I think you're probably right. The feet are going to be the key in making him taller.

Man, the funny thing is, when you look back over a year ago, there was only news of an upcoming Despotron. Now, a year later, we're being flooded with Megatrons left right and Centre !!! And they're coming in all different scales as well !!!
Who would have guessed it !!!

Different headsculpts! Wow, it's like they read my mind because really the only think about Mightron I was cold on was the headsculpt.

And from the outline, and the fact that there's two of the them, the new headsculpt appears to be that of MP Megatron, which is awesome.

 

Hate that I bought the original DX9 version now. Maybe i should stop buying DX9 and wait for the Mech Fans Toys versions of everyone but you never know what they're planning. Still confused why they OS Galvatron and now Megatron but not Hulkie.

 

Dunno about that. I have not looked, but can say he is excellent.

 

This looks to be almost a 1:1 KO as the original was 11.5cm which was way taller than original Galvatron. The MFT versions are all around 12cm.

 

Aren these just the DX9 ones anyway ?

 

Dx9 Megatron is indeed taller than Dx9 Galvatron
