Man, every time I see one of MFT's carbots, I'm seriously tempted. They look great. They're just too big to fit in my legends collection, though.

 

Nice! Ticks all the boxes for me - looks like this’ll be my first mft purchase. Guess he won’t go too well with my regular legends stuff, but I’m trying to not be too fussed about scale.

 

Is it known if the final product will include the flaming logo on the hood?

If it doesn't I don't think a sticker kit would be difficult for someone to do. Which might be a good thing if they decide to do a red version then you'd have the choice of MP/G1 Road Rage or Shattered Glass "Classics" Road Rage deco.

Wow. Not a single post or update on this figure since September of 2019. Does anyone know if it\'s going to be released anytime soon? Or will we still be looking for it in 2021?

 

I have zero statistics, but I wonder if their Hound and Sideswipe sold poorly, since most everyone was already collecting carbots in NA or MS sizes. That, and if their Astrotrain is selling wildly like I think it is, they might be shifting their attention from carbots to triple changers. /shrug

 

they had color updates sometime in feb i think. this is just typical MFT stuff. they will be silent for certain molds and then they just randomly drop. i feel like this will he out within the next 2 months. but maybe i am wrong.

 

first ever third party Tracks?

 

Never realised there's no 3rd party Tracks at all. That Blaster looks way bigger than the one that comes with TT MP Tracks.

 

I like what I'm seeing here. Actually, this is probably the best G1 Tracks ever (sadly).

Let's see, I have the blue for the MP collection (still hoping for a better one, but unlikely), my G1 collection uses the red e-hobby version (since we got a red Tracks locally), so I'm going with a black one for my Legends collection.

Going to be a long wait.

what's with the huge gap at the front of the hood in alt mode???  

looks like it has something to do with the foot transformation as the back heel. hope they can alter it to reduce that distance.

 

Looks like they’ve made a lot of small changes. It no longer has the windshield hole. Very cool to see updates for this long awaited piece for many.

 

looks like they reversed the tab position from the back to the front of the car, and shifted the tab pinning hole from the front windshield to the trunk.
