Because Hot Shot is the same height as T30 Starscream, and they’re both the same height in the anime

It would be funny if this was made out of spite because of Legacy, and if it does well I hope they redo Hot Shot too

I'll probably pick this up, looks good and want to encourage more UT releases.

I'll still take a wing sword upgrade kit for the Legacy one though.

I don't like the look of the jet nose, especially in bot mode.

I’m more a Galaxy Force guy than the Unicron Duology, but this looks pretty cool. And it’s not Geewun, so - if the size is right - I should probably buy it on general principles.

There was the TV series Legends of the Microns, followed by its sequel Super Link.

After that came the completely unrelated series Galaxy Force.

    From TFWiki:

"Following Unicron's second defeat in Energon, his body collapses into a powerful black hole which threatens to consume Cybertron entirely. To save their world, the Autobots and Decepticons race to find the four Cyber Planet Keys hidden on different planets, including Earth Gigantion, Velocitron, and the Jungle Planet. Although Galaxy Force—the show's Japanese counterpart—was initially presented as a continuity reboot in contrast to Hasbro's intent, later Japanese materials eventually retconned Galaxy Force back into being the continuation it was conceived as."

Sounds like a sequel to me! But I'm mainly just here for the cool toys, regardless of what fiction or continuity they come from.

It’s not in the slightest bit important, but Galaxy Force (I’ve never watched Cybertron) makes literally no sense as a sequel to Super Link. It has an entirely different cast, no mention at all of Unicron, and the Autobots are amazed at the brand new concept of Transformers combining. I know the Western adaptation tried its best to make it work with Armada and Energon, but the original version is clearly not a sequel to the other two. They can retcon it all they want! :)

I think I'm good with the Legacy figure, but this looks good, hope they continue and see more and maybe I'm interested in one of them (like a Hot Shot).

Looks pretty decent. Wish it were voyager size as an alternative to the voyager, but this size is fine too I guess.

really don’t need to start a new collection at a different scale though
