You’re probably right! I’ll try that configuration for Ravage whenever Yanwen figures out how to deliver mine.

Did you injure yourself whilst transforming him, as that looks like blood on his thigh just above the front tracks!!! :S

Check out the review below, quite a few QC and design issues with this one by the looks of it:

Mine arrived today and I’m a bit mixed on it so far. It feels kind of like an oversized KO of a better toy. It’s not BAD in any sense, just plagued with things that need fixing. A lot of the joints are overly loose. Both elbows and wrists are very loose, the ankles are more loose than I am comfortable with, and the toes are so loose that he actually can’t stand in a straight, static pose without immediately falling forward. He also has some joints that are worryingly tight and take excessive force to move (both shoulders).

Additionally the paint has sort of a sticky feel to me, but its 90 and humid today and he spent the past three weeks in various hot trucks so I’ll see how he is after a few days breathing in central ac.

Plus he’s just so dang big. I knew he would be, but the reality didn’t hit me until I pulled him out. Regardless, he does look fantastic and I will reserve further judgment until I’ve tightened some screws, applied some Kiki and let him air out. I do think I’ll like him more once I’ve done all that. He seems well constructed with good materials. Ravage is awesome. He has no issues, aside from the same sticky paint. His head and a leg were off in the package, so I assumed real Rewind got to him before I did, hehe.

He scales well with the WJ OS SS.

Just got my copy yesterday and it's loose as shit. Shoulders, elbows, thighs, toes, everything is loose. The figure can't stand due to the toes being too loose and the arms can't be lifted either. Tightening the screws does nothing as the tightness is maxed out on each screw already. I have Kiki's, but for an expensive figure like this, having to tighten literally everything is ridiculous. I'd understand one thing being loose, but not the entire figure straight out of the box. I have a ton of actual ko's and none of them are this bad joint wise (so for a third party original design, this is some terrible qc).

I got this from Show Z, so I've contacted them about getting a replacement. Mechanical Alliance has not been a great company thus far. I bought their Bumblebee and that was also fairly loose. While I skipped their Blitzwing, from the reviews, that has stability issues too.

Damn, literally the only reason I got him was because of the one English reviewer saying that it was good in the QC department.

Yeah, it's pretty bad. Even from reading some of the recent posts on this thread, a few others have already complained about the looseness of the figure. They've opted to use friction joints for a few of the joints, but they are really poorly designed friction joints (i.e. there's no friction in the joints, so they end up just being floppy).

It looks great, but with the qc that it has, the figure felt like it was rushed out from the factory.

The one I have is also loose everywhere too. I wouldn't count on a replacement copy fixing the problem, unfortunately. Ironically, the Mechanical Alliance Bumblebee that I got was too tight and several parts broke when I tried to transform it the first time, and I'm awaiting for replacements on that. (The shin guard and heel broke on the left leg.)

On my copy of the MA Bumblebee, the feet were loose making it hard to stand and the backpack that folds up was quite loose (mainly because the whole thing was held on by a single ball joint).

The funny thing about the reviews on YouTube from Benscollectables and Prime vs Prime was that their copies of Sonic Warrior seemed to be quite tight in the joints. Maybe it's a mileage may vary case.

My copy is nice and tight but I do seem to be one of the few exceptions.

I had to go through and fix/tighten everything up, but now it works really well and can hold any pose. Glad I have this figure.
