Pretty much, those theories Zeta seems like they are selling there upcoming products/designs to other companies. For example there Studio Cell Unicron, Dark Moon or whatever the company it’s called for MP Raiden. So I wouldn’t be surprised for this too...it’s possible too Zeta maybe transitioning into something else with there brand.

But whatever is happening I’m glad they are being released.

Yeah, it seems Zeta is aware the designing aspect makes more money (or makes money with less overhead), so they are willing to sell their own designs knowing others will tweak it, so you'll end up with slightly different versions of characters fans might double dip on.

So basically this guy is saying the figure is hard to transform.

    1. He finds the instruction manual completely useless.
    2. The alt mode is quite nice. Even the bottom is sealed shut and you can't see that it's a robot
    3. Some of the paint can get rubbed off easily and stain your hands/fingers.
    4. Very big jet. I think he said it's around the size of MP11.
    5. A weird section in the back of the jet mode is lighter color than the rest of the body.
    6. Build quality if pretty solid.
    7. Transformation VERY complicated. He does stress the material is quite good so he's not afraid to breaking anything during the transformation.
    8. After transformation, he says some of the parts are a little loose. They should have been made to be tabbed in.
    9. Loose joints are well, so hard to get him to stand sometimes.

A lot of the stuff at the end I don't quite understand. I could make out that he thinks the transformation on top of being too complicated doesn't feel like a Transformer transformation. Looks very nice, but not a lot of fun to play with.

    That’s BMB for ya.

guess we can add potentially toxic paint to the list?

Just to add to what you've listed. Near the end he says that there's a strong possibility that the same person designed both Three Zero Blitzwing and this figure. He also reiterates the difficulty of the transformation.

In case you haven't known, there is a statement on our local shop which is a BMB dealer.
It says Thunder Warrior Blitzwing is the 1st in a new product line of BMB, which has higher quality than their current LS line.

Higher quality ay? Welp, let’s see if it is. I’m open to the idea of actually getting solid 3p figures from them, but again, it’s up to them to have good QC and a not overblown price. Just need more reviews before I try and order their products.

They said that's a premium series. The price from the local shop is roughly $110 for this one, so you should expect a $130 price tag from Showz.

Tbh I see transformation at same level of some other movie stuff or ft stuff.
Problems with movie stuff is always related to the fact that they are more panelformers rather than transformers. They remove panels from alt and hide them to provide the real shape of robot mode. It is becoming frequent also on G1 stuff to guarantee some toon accuracy (lots of fake parts)

It’s different for sure, but it’s still not off the table and looking more likely that it is with it being black mamba

Paint rubbing off is kind of a deal breaker for me.

This is Metallic Alliance SX-01 Thunder Warrior. Different from Zeta Toys version. Zeta even posted an update, showing their version and stating that it is not the same, but based on the same character.
