I would find it histerical is Mechanic Studios gave us legend scale throttle bots, then Mecfanstoys (owners) OSKOed them.

Just as a review, This company is very new (sorta) and we got a Huffer and Pipes, we are getting Gears, Swerve, Hound, Tracks, Omega Supreme, Red Alert and two Sideswipes ALONG WITH each coming with a KO diaclone.

 

Man, I really hope they do a Cliffjumper. Hot Soldiers' just doesn't do it for me with the hollow back and being forced to buy Hubcap with it.

I could use a good Bee too, actually. I know there's already too many out there, but I don't love them, so I just have Titans Return as my BB. If his window panels folded down, he'd actually be pretty great.

 

Not a company, a designer, just FYI. Mechanic Studio is the name that one of MechFans Toys designers works under. They design the figures and sell the designs to MFT for manufacturing.

MFT has connections to Mech Planet and so they don't like to make competing products like that. That's why MFT never put out their OS KO of DX9's Soundwave.

 

Also the MS line technically got started back in Nov 2017 with Lost Planet Springer.

Not quite. Besides being “Lost Planet” their Springer seems to fall under branding of Mech Soul, not Mechanic Studio. I assume both of these names are for different designers or design groups. I could be wrong though.

 

Well Mechanic studio has started at 02 with huffer. I think they are the same.

BBTS Preorders for Swerve and Gears are up, Q2.

If somebody does OSKO of this Mechanic Studio stuff, it will be D-day for my wallet.

 

I check RobotKingdom and the Gears and Swerve are coming next month. I would be surprised at this point if the Lamborghinis don't release very soon.

Looking at the hight of Gears and swerve they're .75 inches shorter than beachcomber, That makes these Generation scale. I will pick these guys up and any other minibots they do.
