Now that all the "basic" headmasters are announced or released, Do we have any info about Apeface and Snapdragon? or why not to dream, Cerebros and Scorponok?

Many have noticed over the years that it doesn't take much to turn Skullcruncher into Horribull.

But the "headmaster Jnrs" would be a nice thing to have too. or perhaps the Targetmasters - considering how well the TR ones sold I think it's pretty good bet people would especially jump on the Decepticon ones - but the Autobot ones would be nice to have - as they'd kinda be the 1st time we had a full set in accurate designs with weapons and full articulation.

But they could also do thinks like the Sparkabots in a similar way to their versions of Gears and Swerve released previously. Or even harvest the obscure like the Skyscorchers or The Trigger-cons. The advantage of doing small guys is that they'd be more or less in scale with the bigger toys and so they'd expand their market a bit. I don't mind having more than one scale in their products - after all the Minibots are still a little smaller than the likes of the Headmasters.

I guess if you think outside the box there is making things just as they look cool - things like the Predator Planes, Decepticon Stormtroopers or Turbomasters - especially as Thunderclash tends to get quite a lot of toys laterly but his minions don't & likewise with Skyquake.

But the ones that have existing moulds that can be used as a starting point like Snapdragon and Apeface as a logical place to go too - as for Cerebros - I think what might work for him is to give him a display stand for the head so he can double up as a minibust of sorts. perhaps the stand could be configured to work with his "mobile computer centre" like mode he has on the show or even open up into a riot shield too.

I'm still waiting for Mech Fans to come to Soundwave, because he's one of the characters that I like the most, I'll have to wait maybe another year.

I'm still a fan of the Hot Soldier Soundwave. I tried really hard to like Magic Square's version, but just ended up using their tapes with HS Wave.

The Hot Soldiers one is certain much easier and less of a chore to transform, but the other versions do offer superior cassettes.

I am a weird collector in that way.
They need to be transformers but I only display them in bot mode and feel no need to transform them :D .
Only now after upgrading Megatron, Soundwave and the seekers, the MFT and HS are in Alt mode.
So everytime an older design get's a better version I will put the old 1 in Alt mode.
That way I will end up with 2 collections (I hope)

Yeah, I did the same thing with DX9’s Soundwave when I got Magic Square’s Soundblaster, though DX9’s Laserbeak and Ravage hang out in bot mode nearby DX9’wave.

I keep waiting for Mech Fans to make a Soundwave 2.0 of HS, because 1) they are not the same size as Blaster, 2) although I like his face a lot from HS, his body and shape of the radio don't like me, 3) because it would be excellent if it came with all its cassettes or separately but well done.

I really like the MS version, got them both and tapes for a complete Soundwave set.
I am not getting a third version with the metallic 1, that is just too much for me and I will wait for the MFT version of Soundwave and see what they bring to the table.
Will it be a KO or an original design ??????

For those who have an intrest
    HZJ got Twincast in stock

Shucks, I just had an order from him ship. Alas, I'll add it to my list for next time (I prefer to buy a few figures at a time).

The MFT diaclone compatible Astronauts with EVA packs are out too - though they are a bit expensive I feel..

Very interesting. Smaller than Huge Dragon and a bit taller than a Deluxe? Looks pretty good. Doesn't really go with much else on the shelf but if the price is right I might have to check that out.

We're in the middle of watching Toyworld and Weijang go down, and you want to send a third party company after Bandai's cash cow, who've made it their mission to destroy 3rd party companies and knockoffs?

If you want them on the Gundam market, you want them to inevitably die when Bandai's legal arm hunts them down. Bandai have gone after customisers for Gundam stuff
