I meant if maybe it's from some old manga. That mouse character looks a bit like something from Osamu Tezuka, or from around the 50's or 60's. I looked up Suker Beta but nothing turned up.

 

Unique Toys Highbrow was called Beta and I learned here that name came from an old Chinese children's song about a helicopter.
