Mech Fans toys the company unwilling to make an Omega Spreem repaint - but that gives you a Plastic Gorrila and calls it a premium accessory.

If they are "Unsure" about the obscure colours - the best thing to do is test the waters with things like Grey Shockwave, Black Megatron, Black Starscream, Ghost Starscream, G2 Ramjet, & Actionmaster Thundercracker releases. - Heck the later with some bonkers coloured mech suit would be proper fun. Then once you have a nice bed of Bonkers - Omega Spreem would be a nice cherry on top of that cake (either in full size form or as a mini-mech) lets be honest they could make a pink Mini-mech and someone would be delighted to have it so a Magenta and yellow one is no great stretch really.

If they are uncertain about that colour there is always the Cybertron Menasor colours to consider too. or even a more white Sentinel or even a purple one (that was a thing once)

 

any word if MFT will release a Soundwave - original design or KO'd - sometime in the near future? if so, will the tapes be compatible with the Blaster above?

 

not a fan of the Marvel UK / Marvel comics run of TF, but they can make this better by adding in a comic book version of Blaster's face.

 

if MFT does a soundwave it will either be an updated HS soundwave or the new one from MS

Here, I thought those little buggers are included with all new releases. Bummer if UM2.0 does not come with those adorable little Mech Suit bot/bonus that came with Springer, Sixshot, Shockwave, etc. I demand MF to include the little bugger to act as UM sidekick, e.g Power Bungy and to haul inside his trailer now that they added a workable ramp, lol.

No. As usual with this company, this is a rip off of Magic Square's Blaster. Looks exactly the same engineering-wise but may be bigger.

MS Toys Stereo Master (legend size not Blaster)

 

Undoubtedly bigger.

Their DX9 Soundwave KO was going to be 11 cm tall. That's exactly what I expect this Blaster to be.

Would it ever kill these companies to produce these in CHUG scale for those who want them? Seriously, that's a fantastic Blaster.

 

oh shoot i just noticed, the holes on the buttons, present in the MST version has been cleaned off here. also the chest cavity isn't hollow all the way to the back (thereby exposing the head in alt mode). some improvements indeed.

 

@ifif1229 any word on the development of toon (or was it G1 toy) version of Laserwave (MF-35C)?

 

Normally MFT has not put out figures that compete with Hot Soldiers figures, but they teased an Ironhide and hot soldiers seems dead so I would guess we will get MS KO eventually.

Be awhile though since magic square's is not even out and MFT's first KO of a Magic Square figure is not even out (Ultra Magnus) and that figure came out a quite awhile ago.
