This is where the KO game gets dirty. Will they oversize it so they individually fit well with MFT figures, or 1:1 it so that it fits with War Giant and Huge Dragon when combined.

Also note this is coming from a new brand, Equator Toys, not MFT.

 

If it's not over-sized to fit with my MFT figs, then I have no need for it.


Also, not MFT? I guess that makes the chances of this just being a 1/1 KO pretty good then.  

 

Nice, been wanting Tarn but the original is too small and fragile. Let's hope these guys fix that

 

they could always just come out of left field and drop the tarn a long with the long rumored bruticus. that would be insane on so many levels.

i didn't even mention devy 2.0 yet. so that would be a sight to see as well.

This one knocks me out. I really didn't think there was much of a chance that they'd KO this whole set, but I wanted to see an OS Tarn. I would have settled for JUST Tarn, honestly, and it didn't even need to be IF's design. Either way, I'm excited. If nothing else, I am very interested to see how they address the weak arm joints.

 

I'm glad I waited. Hopefully this is bumped up to MFT size.

 

Guess I can hold off on the rest of the gang, even though it will take a long time, assuming the other originals need to come out first...

What's a really good, well-articulated MFT figure? I have Shockwave, not fussed about character, just want something that has two good modes and good articulation.

 

Thier recent Chromedome release comes to mind.

 

Not to mention a super easy transformation.

 

This may be an obvious question but has anyone wrote to MFT on Weibo and asked them if they plan to do a Cartoon Grimlock, G2 colours or reissue any of the earlier Dinobots that are not hard to find ? (maybe make a boxed gift set of them ?)

 

Why do people keep asking if they are going to do cartoon Grimlock? They have already shown multiple pics of one already. As for G2, who knows

Because I don't look at every part of the the boards every single day and I had no idea that it had been shown off. I was also responding to someone else who was asking after it, further imply that knowledge of it's future existance wasn't widespread.

Anyhow I'm more interested in Bot Bots these days than watching the calender while waiting for China to wake up from the great sleep of New Years.

If it makes either of you feel better then you can take my original comment to mean 'when' not 'if' as then it would remain a valid question.
