Same. The dinobots were my first foray into the company's line and now I have ordered 8 more figures

So is NBK a sister company? I ordered their overlord

    Ok cool. Thanks

Haven't heard of Newaoli. What are they making?

EDIT: Never mind I found them.

I think it's their "toon" dumping ground. Fine with me!

My Swoopers legs were installed backwards so he couldn’t bend forward at the hips at all. Luckily these things are very simply built and it only required the removal of one screw and a minute of time to set them right.

Now that he’s fixed? My favorite Swoop figure so far. I need to get Sludge now. Anyone want my DX9 original?

Here are the MFT Dinos (KOs of DX9 WIP Dinos) you mentioned. From what I understand they are slightly larger from the DX9 version.
MFT Transformer MF22 Commander G1 pocket ratio machine dinosaur iron slag | eBay
Transformers MFT MF-23 Machine Dinosaurs mf23 Sludge in stock MISB | eBay
MFT darts deformation toy diamond MF-21 darts robot! | eBay

    Snarl still on preo-order status
    MechFansToys MF-24 Snarl

I'm wondering if PT (Pocket Toys) will KO these Dinos too but keep them the same size as the DX9 versions just like they did with their KOs of DX9 WIP seekers/coneheads.

Yes they seem to be about 5.5 inches in bot height, which is great for me. I actually wish they were bigger, like Reximus Prime height :D  I hope someone makes the size you are looking for too!

Thanks. I would like to see them a little smaller to so that they scale with FansToys Terminus Giganticus, TR Fort Max as well as any other MP sized city bots and combiners.

I got Swoop for my Dinobots but I am VERY tempted to pick up the rest of their OS Dinobots.... But, G2 colors and I would have no choice but to get them!
Pick up the official DX9 releases then, they're about two inches smaller.

I’m torn between getting MFT’s Grimlock as a one-off, in the hopes that DX9, or Pocket Toys, do a regular legends sized release in the toy colors, or just tracking them all down anyway :p

I may do that if they are still available. Or I will wait and see if Pocket Toys KOs them from DX9. Pocket Toys' KOs of WIP are the exact same size as DX9s, very similar quality, and of course cheaper. I picked up all 6 of PT's KO DX9 WIP seekers and bonus flight stands with coronation gear all for $49 shipped. MFT made KOs of these seeker but they were bigger and more expensive. I'd like to see if PT will KO these dinos.

It's not a bad idea to get a bigger sludge and Grimmy (Machne Boy Colours) to got with smaller ones of the rest if you want to display them in Dinosaur mode.

Pocket toys are doing Dinobots too ?

It hasn't been announced but since PT KO'd DX9's WIP seekers at 1:1 standard WIP size after MFT KO'd them, it is quite possible that they may KO DX9's WIP dinos at the same size as well. It will likely be cheaper in price than the MFT version.

So just curious for those of you who collect the 4" WIP and MFT/PT equivalents....is scale a factor? What I mean is that all the figures seem to be 4" in height, but aren't some bots (like dinos for example) supposed to be taller? I thought that's why MFT made the 5.5" dinos, to scale with the 4"/legends sized figs. So if seekers are 4", dinobots at 5.5" seems like a nice height difference.

    Just curious.
