They look exactly like the other Punchers and those look pretty much in line with the ReAction stuff that Super7 has been putting out.

They look pretty on par with ReAction, they come with a comic, and they are much cheaper.

McFarlane Toys - known for making figures that get the comic details right (even on a small scale) - manages to make Transformers figures that somehow miss all the details and proportions making none of them look right. Great work. Solid effort. Take the rest of the year off.

Neat to see some IDW love, but I would've expected something with a little more pizzazz from McFarlane Toys. If nothing else, the sculpting was always so good on their older stuff...

These look like junk if I'm honest.

Like, I've seen page-punchers in real life. Crisp sculpts and fairly detailed paint at a small scale, especially the Spawn ones. These don't stack up.

Do I win any points for predicting the reaction the majority of TF fans would have over this? Or is that like predicting that it will be wet after it rains?

ReAction can look pretty sharp when it isn't trying to be a 1970s style figure. Look at their Animaniacs, Mickey Mouse, Haunted Mansion, Garbage Pail Kids, My Pet Monster, etc.

Honestly, I think their Beast Wars and G.I. Joe stuff are a cut above typical ReAction as well.

3" Page Punchers always look like cake toppers to me.

Oh. Oh, my. I'd say half of my McFarlane figures had to be kitbashed specifically because they didn't get the details right.

Meh...At $16.99 for a two pack, with two comics and display stand, you can't complain about the price.

Really dig the Megatron, and it's super exciting to see Lost Light back on the shelf and into the hands of tens of new readers.

For those that love these things, I'm happy for you, but I just don't get them. I'm not really sure who the audience is for these. I'd love to have an actual IDW Hasbro Megatron like this, and instead, we have this dollar store looking thing. While I'm potentially happy for.those that will now have the comics in hand to hopefully read and appreciate, it's hard to drive excitement into your local comic book store for comics that aren't actively being made under the IDW banner anymore. It might introduce people to the Skybound series, or to collect trades of the IDW material (the good news is that all of those stories are wrapped up, I guess), but I've always seen this line as being for a younger audience. Granted, it's a nice presentation: 2 kid friendly pocket sized figures, 2 comics and a display stand, but I'll give these the same passing glance that I do for the other non Transformers ones.
