Er, wait... If they\'re using Lost Light for Megatron, why does he have his old Decepticon emblem on...? Even at the DJD battle he didn\'t do anything but rip Tarn\'s mask off and slap it on his chest.

I'm not familiar with this line, do these figures have knees and elbows?

Because people recognize Megatron as a Decepticon so the pack-in figure reflects that.

If they're like the other "Page Punchers", Target could just save a bunch of time and place them directly in the clearance aisle

I'm surprised they are using IDW comics -now that they have lost the license.

This turned out... better than I expected? I'm not sure if I'd say it's worth 20 bucks but for a comic and a little desk toy action master its not terrible.

Edit: You get two of these figures and two comics for 20 bucks, from the looks of it? That's... decent, I guess. Not terrible? I could definitely see people biting on a sale/clearance.

Hasbro wholly owns the comics IDW published, so Image/Skybound have the publishing rights to reprint them now.

It's why IDW was able to do the Marvel TPBs - the only obstacle they had with those was using characters like Spider-Man and Circuit Breaker, who Hasbro doesn't own.

Yeah these look pretty decent for what they are. 6 points of articulation is pretty decent too for what these are - just curious what points 5-6 are. Are those elbows, knees, or head/waist?

Might vary from figure to figure, but I think arm, hip, knee, maybe elbow, maybe head?

Cool idea, but I think these would have done better to just include a redecoed legends class figure like TF2010 Optimus Prime… You know the one.

I hope they do more than just IDW reprints. I'd be happy to see Marvel, Dreamwave, or even some non-G1 comics in this line.

Very easy pass (thankfully). They don't fit any scale, have bad articulation, and worse paint. I'm not sure who the market is for these things -- the first set of Page Punchers has been warming pegs of my local Targets since they came out.

Past Mcfarlane PP has head, waist, arms-at shoulder, legs- at upper thigh.
Appears these will have the same POA.

Looks good for what they are, and I\'m just a sucker for this kind of pack-in stuff. Can\'t wait to grab these guys.

Prime and Wheeljack look decent for what these are.

Megatron’s design is too overly busy for this scale.

bumblebee… where’s that “what’d they do to my boy” meme.
    Like the end of Beetlejuice….

The timing of these is really, really weird (I’m sure the toy-producing lead time had something to do with this, but still…): you have brand new comics coming from Image where Mcfarlane is, but instead you are releasing random issues from the middle-to-late era of IDW, that seem like they won’t make a ton of sense out of context if someone found them interesting, they’d be unable to go out and find the rest of since they are out of print and currently unavailable digitally.

‘feels like using the Skybound material would have been much better synergy to help promote the current Energon Univrse line.

Seriously, why do they always have so much trouble getting Bumblebee's head right? What even is that monstrosity?!
