I've finaly gotten off my arse and done artwork for the 'Dynobot' versions of my Dinobot OCs, along with some others suggested by other members here....
Originally they were just going to be Dinosaurs, but when I saw Don's 'Dyno' retro/updates I thought I'd give it a go myself.

First up we have the Original 5.....(I wanted to do different designs to Don's existing ones.)

I understand that there may be some members who might not know who these guys are, so I'll note here that they are reformatted into a T-Rex, Triceratops, Apatosaurus, Stegosaurus and Pteradon.

 

And next up are Slag's Demolition unit........(1of2)

10 of the most destructive reprobates ever to set foot upon Cybertron!!

They'll be reformatted thus-
SCALP- Stygmoloch
SHACKLE- Chasmosaurus
SHUNT- Styracosaurus
SLAB- Edmontonia
SLAM- Ankylosaurus

 

I have been waiting for you to start these and they were totally worth the wait! I love them all and can't wait to see the rest of them.

Have you heard of a character named "Paddles"?

He was a Dinobot who was only seen in the Transformers Legends Anthology: Paddles (character) - Transformers Wiki

His alternate mode is an Elasmosaurus. So I was wondering what pre-reformatting mode would draw him has?

interesting that both Slam and Slab have (near) identical alt modes but totally different transformations.

 

I have heard of paddles, yes!! In fact Sludge uses it as a nickname for one of his troops in their bio.....He's a plesiosaur named Squall who before he came to Earth was an aquatic cannon......In fact I hope his cannon's barrel will remind you somewaht of Paddles' neck!

 

Cheers, there'll 40 OC Dynos here eventually, all with S names!! (I'm a sucker for a precedent.)

There'll be quite a few of those.....I suppose it's just me being lazy and wanting to limit the amount of models I'd have to make! If two characters have the same(ish) alt mode then I tried to mix it up with the transformation.

 

I think I've cracked it....went back and rerendered as jpgs rather than bmps so hopefully these will upload easier!!!
