Guys, I don’t know if any of you guys follow NJPW but Super7 are releasing some of wrestlers from that organisation! I’m deciding if i should get the whole wave or cherry pick. Example, I’m a big fan of Okada but on the fence with Ospreay. I would recommend watching their matches because IMO the wrestling and storylines are much better than WWE and most of the AEW wrestlers cut their teeth over there. NJPW is where AJ and Shinsuke had a brutally, brilliant match there too.
I saw Liger but is there a list or pics of the other ones coming? I’d take a Muta. Has anyone made a Mike Awesome Masato Tanaka set? That would just make my day.
I believe Liger will be from Storm Collectibles? Its a pity because I can’t fudge it in with my WWE collection...at least with Super7...it will just be abit?
I heard Super7 got the New Japan license but I haven’t seen any figures. I’ve seen the Lucha Bros from Boss Fight. I’m in on those 2 so far. Hopefully with that Lucha line they give us Psicosis and La Parka and other classic guys. Also saw their steel chairs and they look amazing. Hopefully Super7 stuff looks just as good.
So we’re getting a heel Lita to go with Edge and an ECW Bobby Lashley and Broken Matt Hardy with the row boat. Hopefully the release the mower of lawns and Vanguard-1 somehow.
Does anyone know what happened to the Wal-Mart Gorilla Monsoon/Bobby Heenan 2-pack announced early in the year? I wanted those two as my announce team for my set-up.
Thanks! Maybe that will make it easier to get Monsoon, I never had much luck with Wal-Mart exclusives. Update: Just saw how much he's going for on eBay. Don't think I'll spring for that version.
I've watched a bunch of their videos, those guys are awesome! Their vlogs in where they check out the toy isles of every store make me feel like I'm hanging out with them toy hunting.
I like the extra stuff. I didn’t know about the Ribera Steak House in Japan and the stories of the Deep South episode.
Question for y'all: What was the name of the short-lived line of 1/18-scale WWE figures? If I remember correctly, they were by Jakks Pacific. They were ultra-posable, but came with few accessories. I think they might have come with parts to build a ring? They were really superb, I still have my Rey Mysterio from that line...
Build N Brawl. They were pretty good. Never got to build a ring though. GI Joe collectors made it impossible to get a Sgt. Slaughter. I still have Bret Hart. Though his leg always pops off.
