    Mine hasnt updated since sunday, still at the ohio hub, says its been given a release by customs so not sure whats going on, usually it would be here in california by now, i hope it didnt get messed with by another customs person :(

    You do you, of course. But I cannot believe this amazing figure would be passed over by someone because there is no waist swivel. Personally, I hardly ever use waist swivel and I really don't understand the big deal. Butterfly joints at the shoulders are way more useful than a waist swivel. If you have every other possible joint it's not that necessary. This figure has the best looking hands I have ever seen on a figure and I don't even have it in-hand yet. AE needs to ship mine out ASAP.

    I'd have been much more pissed at a lack of thigh swivel personally. No waist swivel isn't the end of the world. As we've seen by some of the outstanding pics so far.
