    It's a neat trick, but the compromise offsets the benefits.

    Nope, in fact MT's left leg is literally significantly longer than his right! That's just what's so badass about its sculpt!

    I was never a fan of the original MP seekers. I hated how hard they were to pose (especially without a stand), and how they never felt solid in robot mode. It sucks, because it meant since then, I've had an obvious seeker-shaped hole in my MPs.

    But this? This... could be the one. I'm liking what I'm seeing. He's definitely posable, and as long as he holds together well in both modes, I think I'm sold.

    And hell, he can't be any harder to transform than MP 36 Megatron. So, he'll have that going for him, if nothing else.

    Not sure why height is even an issue…SS is roughly a head shorter than Megs, which is how its suppose to be…

    He looks great. I really don't think that 3rd party version looks bad at all either. Not as accurate or as articulated though.

    Because they had no interest in buying him anyway. Any fan of the show knows he’s shorter than Megatron. I have no idea why they’re basing his height on an inaccurate 3rd party fig.

    Not bad at all, but I hope the front landing gear can be positioned better in order to increase the ground clearance.

    I think that is what TT are doing, but Kobayashi is apparently not the MP lead since, we think, MP Arcee. Starscream, Skids and Raiden are designed by Kojin Ono.

    This is what I, and I'm sure many others, want to see from Takara! It looks excellent! Hopefully the quality is good, and the joints are solid.

    OH MP TF GODS... PLEASE SHINE YOUR QC LIGHT ON THIS FIGURE SO THAT IT MAY HAVE ZERO PAINT BLEMISHES, NO PAINT CHIPPING DURING TRANSFORMATION, PERFECT JOINTS AND STABILITY.

    Yup. I got Skids, Rumble, Ratbat from Kiddie City @ South Gate. Toys R Us (we’re I got THREE color defective figures in 1 purchase, Ultra Magnus-faces we’re not colored, Hotspot- unpainted chrome, and Motormaster - unpainted Menasor head eyes) was across the street from CP during its final days. And Woolworths Downtown is the one I mentioned earlier. Down in the basement lol.
