He looks glorious. This is the first MP that I bought two of. One of which will have a premanent spot as my desk bot.

I like the colors on the one on the left much more. Tiny head though, lol.

 

wait why is the chest piece that contains the faux cockpit (which apparenlty covers the real one??) a different color....its like creamy beige instead of cool grey?! WTF. i kinda hate my preorder is binding. :-(

He looks cool, but that price is too high and I already have the Maketoys one. Also, I wonder why they still insist that this is "Version 2.0" when it's the third one. It's like they want you to forget all about that green first MP Starscream

 

perhaps... because they are so different but which are you saying is better? lol. maketoys got a tiny head. opaque cockpit was a bit of a WTF...espeically they colored that lower bit that was not part of his cockpit the same color as the cockpit. It does however have a waist swivel. the new MP has a miscolored chest, a huge head, a pot belly and its entire jet mode on its back. that being said the sculpting of the intakes and chest is more refined and less "simple". oddly enough other parts are way too simple. both have comically 2D FLAT shin "thrusters" but the MP's are also comically wide. forearms and hands are superior to the MT though. MT's overall looks "cooler" while still being very toon inspired (a bit too much for its own good) and TT's is more "toon accurate".

TBH i'm disappointed in both of them. i will own both of them (no cancellation on amazon jp after cut off date). I hope someone makes a reasonably sized aftermarket head (mp-11 had the perfect size head) for the MP. i realize in the character model his head is drawn huge but in the best drawn scenes it never is this ridiculous. the MT does look better with upsized head upgrades, chest "fans" and shin thrusters though. i hope someone can make TT's look better....somehow.

 

They're going to wait until after the SS 86 Dinobots are finished before they do that. It'll be the ultimate double-dip.

 

Any chance one with 2 of each creamy new Seeker on PO and the new Meteor reissue can get in on this?

This is version 2 because it's an all new mould. MP-03 was slightly retooled into MP-11, which would make it version 1.5. This is version 2 since its a complete redo from the ground up.

me too my man not a single person on ignore…I know myself too well if I ignored someone I’d just be clicking on the “show ignored content” button every day…in any case the “front pagers” provide me with never ending fuel to justify my deep reservoir of cynicism regarding the whole human race.

Starscream’s looking great I love the chest missiles! I expect the canopy grey is just a matter of lighting but if not it’s hardly the end of the world…will hold off on mindless panic or rage at least until I get the thing in hand

Maketoys head is way too small and totally messes up the proportions. MP-52 head sculpt and size to body ratio is vastly superior.

 

I’m sorry but that face sculpt just does not look the part.
