Honestly can’t see much that could be improved to warrant a 3.0 in the future.

 

3.0 will be so Animation accurate that every time you pose him he will replicate animation errors.

 

AmJp listed 10/25 as the last cancel date but Japan and maybe New Zealand are one of the first countries to cross the international date line. Plus, I’m not sure if they cut off at the beginning of the day or the end. Regardless, my earlier post suggested we be mindful of its approach and should decide by Friday. There are some tricks to get out of the cancellation if anyone really wants to.

 

Pretty much the same for Megatron for me. His only downside is the ugly kibble on his back, and even then it's pretty minor.

As much as I want certain figures to be updated, not everyone needs it. We need new molds as well. ;p

I was alluding to the line moving in to combiners and triple changers.

@Sam put me up to splicing MP-52 into @TCracker's beautiful Decepticon group shot...though of course he would have transformed, posed, and lit it properly

Can't find the right words to say, but wanted to point out that you got shadow work/lighting and reflections in there.

 

Are we getting a new Soundwave or just a MP+ repaint?

For sure a Soundwave V2! He's just as outdated as MP-11 is and he's just as iconic. Plus they get to repaint him in Soundblaster again too. Can you imagine the two facing off against Blaster and Twincast respectively? It's not a question if it will happen, but when it will happen. But this is more something for the speculation thread. Back to our favorite usurper now.  

 

Feels like Maketoys is squeezing out more seekers to get money from people before TT, which is a bit sad bc I feel they will focus on those to have them all out and not have any of the other figures people want from them right now

 

Bingo. It would’ve been a much better play for them them to finish up their headmasters. If people are going to go maketoys for seekers they already have, and it’ll be at least two years before takara gets around to the repaints they’re doing right now.

 

One without a broken spine in jet mode would be nice.

Animation accuracy is king, G1 is not really a place for accurate vehicles what so ever (cartoon and toys) it used to be tho since every MP was licensed and tried to be as faithful to the vehicle as they could (even including a proper countach alt mode for Sunstreaker as well as cartoon version)

 

Always. Great job between you two for keeping TC in great spirit. It was great fun working with him. Can’t wait for the Soundwave 2.0 picture.
