I definitely see your point, and don't mistake my post as a slam against either design. My post was my own realization that both have a lot of mass up top (unavoidable to get those big F-15 parts folded in), just distributed differently. My hope is that V2s wings, being so layered, can still angle back more to disguise the backpack parts.

No, no, I didn't see it as a slam. Was just giving my side on the matter is all. Sorry if it sounded like I assumed yours was a slam. Same here with the wings btw.

Instead of seeing resin unpainted protos then the colored samples in the stock pics, I want to just see a video of this thing transforming. I’m itching to see how it actually works. Also a video of how well it moves in robot mode.

That'd be cool, but I'd have to pass on a transformation video myself. It's fun to experience it first hand and have the surprise of all the cool tricks that way.

Seeker design and transformations have always intrigued me. Do you guys remember this commercial?

That first scene with the seekers in their early colors flying in and transforming blew me away, and I could not figure out what happened to the nosecones and where the tail fins went. It wasn't until I saw a Thundercracker toy box when I figured it out. This was before I saw Robotech/Macross, so the only other competition for transforming jets were Go-bots - so I drooled over Thundercracker until I got him years later.

I do appreciate the engineering TT has put into seeker designs over the years, and my ever-burning question from childhood remains for this new MP Screamer - "where the F*** does the nosecone go :p ?"

And that’s all I’ll say except I’ll come back 700 times to make many more senseless statements about something I have zero intentions of buying and long live BW and 3P

I’d definitely be down to see more advertising similar to MPM Starscream. That was such a hype reveal only bought down by my personal lack of attention.

How dare you! I use better punctuation than that! Plus you've not a) left a typo in or b) come back to edit it 15 times(and still left the typo in). This are bad comedy.

As for the other guy, well that's just inaccurate. At least my doppelganger's parody contains a grain of truth. Frankly I'm flattered that y'all care. Stay classy!

    Sell Starscream? Never!

At this point my only hope for this release is Quality Control. No shitty plastic, no shitty paint job, no breaking joint mechanisms. Hoping for this one to be perfect.

My Megatron came out the box with some paint wear on his helmet, and even my MP-10 was never perfect, so I'm forgiving of some things on these mass-produced items. If I'd kept my Hound long enough to experience any QC issues I might feel differently, but my MP-44's been good apart from some paint wear on his grey sides. And I just can't wait for Starscream!

That's kinda how I wouidve done an MP SS as well. Pull the head and chest further forward so U have much more room to hide the nosecone.
It's not as simple as say, what the 3rd party figures do where they augment the shape of the vehicle to compensate for a better robot design.

TT barely ever give up the vehicle proportions just to justify a toon bot.
And I'm pretty happy with that. But I need to see more of this guy to see how good he'll come up.
Atm, I like what they've come up with so far and think it'll look well in color. So hoping there's no extra things like a voice box or some crap that isn't essential to keeping the figure slim and clean.

If a ‘+’ version came out that looked like this.... words would fail me.
