I fully expected to wake up to an e-mail this morning...nothing. I am more than a little PO'd...Definitely the last time with AE. Now the question is, HLJ or Nippon Yasan? I've read good things about customer service with HLJ. Any comments on Nippon Yasan? Particularly anyone that needed an issue resolved?

They're not closed. It was Monday in Japan yesterday...it is now Tuesday (midnight). Some AE customers had theirs shipped, others (like me) not. Let's also not forget that they did inventory on the 25th and 26th rather than ship to customers. Both HLJ and Nippon Yasan got their orders out before new years week.

Got my AE ship notice last night. Looks like they're working through their orders and everyone should get their notices soon.

 

Got mine today!! What a fun figure. My only complaint is the trailer NEEDS some paint apps. Mostly taillights marker lights and the like. Love it.

 

I paid AE 2-3 days ago for shippin and I've yet to get my shippin notice.Hopefully i'll get it tomorrow.In the meantime Soar just crossed the border,he should be here by the end of the week  ....Also still no news abou Bumblebe...Ive ordered him from hlj via SAL.Gotten my shipping notice at 3rd of December but still nothing...grrrr

 

Yeah I just got my payment request for shipping. I'm hoping I can get this guy within the next week if I'm lucky and they don't take too long to actually get him out now. I don't have much longer before I won't be receiving packages so this is cutting it way too close for me.

Tfsource, they shipped it Friday, and the last update was that is left St. Paul Minnesota at 4:00 am Saturday.

 

I just logged in at Anime Export and saw that my Magnus and Bee are ready to go, so I gave the green light to start the ship process there. Looking forward to getting my Magnus and Bee!

Presumably you ordered with FedEx Ground...? what is your beef? It's ground shipping over the weekend.. they don't work Sundays. FedEx Ground is 2-4 day shipping for most of the US. So you'd not see it till Wed most likely

Unless you paid for overnight shipping... Monday is a transit day for 2day or Ground. Chill-lax

My qualm with FedEx actually had nothing to do with this, Or transformers for that matter.

Magnus is supposed to be here tomorrow and I'm just impatient for him to get here. Who wouldn't be with something this awesome on it's way?

 

For me it was the same 4700jpy for fast or slow shipping. Worked out to $40.09 by paying through paypal.

 

Finally arrived!!! Can't wait to open him on break!
