Wondering if AE ever plans on shipping my stuff. This is definitely the last time I order with them after never showing a shred of customer service.

 

^next time, you should go with nippon yasan. I likely paid almost the same, and paid much later, and I got my UM last week.

 

I plan on it from now on.

 

I'm confused.. you think they would be shipping while they are CLOSED? Chill dude... the product was released right as everyone went into their end of year shutdown. Its not like they are ignoring you... they're freaking closed.

Mine arrived this past Friday from Nippon Yasan and it was shipped via SAL. It even had a big green SAL sticker on the shipping box in case of any doubt about how it was shipped.

 

I paid AE shipping on Saturday. It's now Monday night and still haven't heard anything. I'm not having much luck, both my Soar package from Chimungmung and my Ehobbybaseshop Skywarp package touched down in Australia on the 31st of December. I haven't received further notification for either. Oh well I'll get them sooner or later.

Edit: lol my neighbour signed for Soar and just brought it over. 1 down 2 to go. Kind of embarrassed. It's got plastic robot toy in the description on the box. I feel like coming clean and saying YES! I collect toy robots and I love it!!!

Australia Post took four straight days off over New Years, so everyone's parcels have been un-moving since Jan 30. Its so frustrating to know your parcel's there but not going anywhere. Today I got 3 parcels delivered (one from BBTS, one from HLJ and one from Transformerland) that had arrived in Australia over the four days and tomorrow I'll be getting 3 more (two from Amiami and also my own Skywarp from Ehobbybaseshop). The wait sucked, but tomorrow will be fun.

But Anime Export freaking suck. I bought Streak off of them when he was released and quickly realized I never wanted to deal with them ever again.

I preordered through Nippon Yasan, used EMS, and they shipped mine out the 26th. Still waiting. Not their fault, though. Mine sat in New York for nearly a week and tracking says it's been out for delivery since Friday. Pretty ridiculous.

It's cool. He'll surely show up today or tomorrow. Skywarp's delivery date is Tuesday, so it should be one amazing week. Perfect way to beat the post holiday blues.  

 

Got an email from AE that said mine shipped today. Hopefully other AE orders will ship shortly as well.

My Magnus and Soar have been paid and waiting to enter the warehouse at BBTS since Friday morning. Hopefully they will ship today and I should have them by Thursday or Friday.

 

Nippon Yasan shipped my Ultra Magnus on the 27th of December with JP Post Eco - SAL Registered. The last status update is from the 29th of December, stating: "Dispatch from outward office of exchange" in Osaka. Patience is a virtue, they say.

 

Same thing happen with my order.

 

Those turds at FedEx have been playing soccer with my ultra magnus since Friday. 2 more days!
