I never realized TC's forearms were a lighter shade than his head until this MP. WOW.

I'm surprised I never noticed that.

 

His blue and white/light grey are 100% perfect. So glad they fixed it!

That looks exceptionally nice. I can't tell if that's grey or silver from the photos and that's probably a good thing because either way it'll look great in person and it kind of reminds me of the paint MP36 has that keeps him from looking like a prototype. I was planning on waiting till Skywarp comes out to ship this guy from TCP but he looks so good and the mold itself is so amazingly well designed that I'm not sure I'll be able to resist.

 

I'm wondering seeing the same thing. I got a payment notice over a week ago, which was immediately recalled since I'd already paid. Id hoped that meant the figures were shipping soon.

Just completed the payment of my preorder from ShowZ. Can't wait to have him in my hands.

 

There's another reason I'm disappointed I can't afford this one all the stands clipping together to make a group base for them all.

Both of them flying together looks so wicked. And the colors are finally spread the same way in plane mode; air intakes a different color but colored in the same place, those dark gray squares in the same place, logos the same and in the same place, canopies the same. It just looks great like this. Here's hoping for less QC issue than seen with Starscream, and hopefully less face mix ups. I didn't have any issues with my Starscream. Hopefully it'll be the same for Thundercracker. Now the waiting begins before he's delivered.

 

Damn. Night and day. I said it in another thread and I'll say it again. It's crazy how far we've come in design, aesthetic and articulation.

Those colours though. I'm really digging that light grey contrast.

 

Mp11 tc in with the autobots now, skywarp will go in with my black mp repaints when the time comes

Must be modified. MP-6 is the only version of that mould with those colours and there is all the little tampo's all over the jet which would be really difficult to recreate. But there are a bunch of stickers on it and the intakes seem to be painted.

Agreed, although I actually like Hasbro's version as well. It may not be toon accurate and not really toy accurate, but I still like the bliue they used. (More importantly, my girlfriend also really likes it so he's definitely staying.)
