    Mine arrived from Omegalock, UK.

    Not opened yet,

Currently experiencing a bit of a personal and existential fucking tough time, so probably one for in a few days time.

The ankles are tighter than Starscream. I didn't see any cracks on mine. The gray tabs with the wing hinges that are supposed to go into his backpack do not fit in the hole, just like with Starscream.

Got my copy in today from TCP and it is absolutely flawless. The matte paint looks great with Thundercrackers colors. No fit and finish issues what so ever and the tolerances on this are what Starscream should have been. The ankles, knees, wrist covers all perfect. I hope everyone else has as much luck with theirs as I did, this is what I expect out of a Masterpiece figure from Takara.

Mine was misassembled with two right intakes, so you can’t tilt the shoulder intake down. Gotta exchange. Blah.

    You definitely have a problem.

Your MP Thundercracker collection is woefully incomplete. You're still missing MP-7, Hasbro's MP-11, the iGear version of MP-7. And don't forget the upcoming DS Thundercracker, the upcoming Zeta toys TC and there's an alternate deco of the YM KO with the MP-7 "no step" tampo's. You still have a lot to buy to complete this collection :)

For Starscream I have to push hard. Hard enough that I thought it would break the thin plastic. After I had done it once, it was easier next time. It did worry me though.

You do, and it's an angle thing too. The hinge extends to line up better.
    What am I not seeing?

    Mine is.... Good!

Ankles and knees not as tight as my Starscream, but they are fine. Have some small paint issues and sprue marks on one hand.

Otherwise, great. Very relieved and pleased with my purchase.

Shelf nearly done, need insecticons and some better risers, oh and Skywarp. Tried to vary the colours a bit with my positioning:

Don't remember if he ever wielded Megatron in the cartoon, but...

    Loud noises!

Given my Starscream was perfect, I guess my luck had to run out eventually.
Inspected him out of the box and noticed a crack on the arm, at the pin for opening to hide the fist.
Sorry for the poor picture, it still has the protective plastic.

Check it without the protective plastic, because I'm not seeing a crack there. I'm seeing a combination of the mold seem, and a reflection line off the wrapping plastic.

they should fit , i thought that with both figures at first but i found pushing the first tab in that tabs the wing sections together with a bit of force worked and then you can push the second tab easier that tabs the whole assembly to the body , if you try and do them together or the tab that tabs it to the body first it won't happen

Yeah, I’ve taken it out and it’s not actually cracked, it’s just got a maybe 1/2mm indent on that section.
Not present on the other arm or either of Starscreams.
I’ll get him transformed and finish looking him over.
I think I just panicked when I saw it,

Both of my Starscream's arms have that indent, and you can see them on the Thundercracker photos just above your post. It might vary from sample to sample, based on minor misalignments to the mold trays between individual pressings. Or maybe the mold lines were rubbed out by hand, if there was excess flashing that needed to trimmed in the factory.

Got him into robot mode now, and other than a small paint scuff on his left arm, he seems good.
    Much tighter overall than Starscream.
