First I'll say that it was the MP Soundwaves built by Dio and Computron that inspired me to start kitbashing (Alongside Jaffs MP work) Ever since then, I've wanted my own Soundwave to go with my collection and here I am. So anywho, here's very early pics of Soundwave 3 in the process................... Rumbles piledrivers will be attached. His regular arms will be rounded on one side of the upper and lower forearms to look tubular from the front. The lower drivers will be covered with full tubes and those tips from the springy things installed. This is a very early pic of this one so no chest panels have been done and the tape deck mode isn't even complete. (Hell, it might not even work)
I'm actually more excited about the frenzy/rumble than the soundwave, oddly enough. Soundwave seems to be fairly straight-forward, but the casseticon looks really ingenuitive. I hope you will go into good detail on how to accomplish that bugger.
*edit* Double post Damnit!! Anyway, if your interested, I have an MP size Shockwave head and left arm blaster. I was gonna kitbash an MP size Shockwave myself out of MP/20th Prime but never got around to it.
What Redline said. It looks like a very different way of going about Rumble, giving him separate piledriver arms - and I certainly never would have considered using a Sledge for him! I'm really looking forward to seeing how he goes together, especially how you intend to turn all that into a cassette!
that rumble is a goddam amazin idea as for soundwave i think your doin awesome so far lookin foraward to sein this completed
