    The only MP Jetfire I'd be interested in would be if Takara released a perfect transformation Super Valkyrie in Jetfire's colors as I'm not too fond of his cartoon portrayal. Or an IDW Jetfire, but I'm pretty sure that ain't gonna happen since MP = G1.

    They probably priced it like that to reduce the number of cancellations coming through. It does sound like many are jumping ship.

    Look at the price of Ironhide. There is no way the "estimated" price for Shockwave should be $175.

    My guess is, it'll probably be in the $130 range when all the dust settles.

    Ahahaha, sorry takara. Way too late for me. Quakewave looks better, IMO, and I am very happy with it. This looks thin and fragile. I'm so very sure that Quakewave is going to hurt this things market appeal, at least a little.

    Very happy for those that like and want it. I know not everyone is into the 3p scene. Will keep an eye on this, but only for what it does different.

    That is a place holder price, if you read the listing you will see that the price listed is a placeholder.

    MP Hot Rod's preorder will hopefully go up soon too. Suffice to say, I already put in a preorder for Shocky :D

    Quakewave was one of those figures I was debating about selling before, but now with the official announcement I don't think there's any reason not to take the money I can get now and pick up MP Shockwave later.

    I'll wait for Amazon.co.jp or HLJ to open their preorders for MP Shocky.

    I'll be displaying FT Quakewave with his Rainmakers (MP Acid Storm, Takara MP Sunstorm, and TRU Thundercracker) squaring off against the Warbotron Combaticons, while MP Shockwave will be displayed with my main MP Cons shelf.

    It's a place holder preorder timeframe, Shockwave and Hot Rod do not even have official MP #s yet let alone official release dates.

    Well, that was fast. And the 3P option is cheaper, which is just as surprising. It'll be interesting to see how things play out.

    I forgot about Bii too. His release was so under the radar. That's what excitement does sometimes, makes you forget things. But I'm happy to have something to be excited about.

    Yeah, thst placeholder price is probably to deter Quake Wave ship jumpers. Keep in mind that BBTS is a business and they pay a percentage for every figure they stock. They need to make SOME money back on Quake Wave.
